A Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Financial Manager (FCM) from USA and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Economics from University of Jordan. Mr. Abbas has 24 years of diversified experience in Audit and Accounting, Financial Consulting, VAT, Court and Expert engagements, etc. in several countries in the Middle East Region. He has been involved with the development and implementation of strategic plans for both local and international clients. His vast experience in different industries and profession makes him an expert in strategic planing, management, auditing, evaluation and setting up accounting systems and controls, valuation, due diligence and acquisitions as well as conducting project feasibility studies.
The Audit Manager of our Head Office in Dubai and has more than 12 years of experience in audit, accounting and taxation services in the United Arab Emirates, Philippines, and other Middle East Countries. Before joining the firm, he has been attached with PKF International.
Our Abu Dhabi Branch's Audit Manager with more than 7 years of experience in audit, accounting and taxation services in Pakistan and United Arab Emirates and a Chartered Accountant – Finalist from Pakistan.
Our Dubai's Forensic and Due Diligence Audit Manager possessing 8 years of experience recognized by Lawyers, businessmen, and Courts that helps them create effective and efficient solutions to disputes, insolvencies, etc.

Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Bachelor's of Science in Information Technology, she is responsible for managing the company's marketing initiative, for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization). With more than 7 years of experience, she uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones
